PBGW Firm History
PBGW

When the firm that started it all split in 1999, two firms emerged. Niessen, Dunlap & Pritchard, P.C., had been one of the largest local firms in Southeastern Pennsylvania with a staff of approximately 45. Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C. was formed in December 1999 by four out of five of NDP’s shareholders that had held the position for ten or more years along with our current President, Robert W. Pritchard.

Included in the start up of PBGW was the acquisition of another local accounting firm, Kugler, Pagan & Company. At that time, PBGW had 7 shareholders and a total staff of 24. In June 2000, seven additional individuals were named shareholder, all of whom were either at the shareholder or manager level in the former NDP.   In December 2003, the Souderton-based CPA firm of Landis and Landis merged with PBGW.

Today, with a staff of approximately 45, we are again one of the largest local firms in Southeastern Pennsylvania with two offices and we provide services not only locally but nationally and internationally. Our mission is to strive for excellence in providing consistent, ethical, quality service to our clients by providing a diverse choice of services that our clients require to be leaders in their field, improve their financial position, and enhance their competitive advantage.
